Senior Android Developer (W2 Only) Location: USA (Must reside in the US) Relocation: Mandatory – Must be open to relocating to any US state Employment Type: Direct W2 Strict Requirement: W2 ONLY. Absolutely No C2C / 1099 Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Android Developer (5+ years) to build high-performance, scalable native mobile applications. Candidates must be US-based, eligible to work on direct W2, and 100% willing to relocate across the US as project needs require. Key Responsibilities Architect, build, and ship native Android apps using Kotlin and Java. Implement modern patterns (MVVM/MVI, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow). Integrate RESTful APIs/GraphQL and optimize app performance, memory, and responsiveness. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams in an Agile environment. Requirements 5+ years of professional Android development experience. Strong mastery of Kotlin, Android SDK, and Jetpack components. Hands-on experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockk) and CI/CD pipelines. Must be located in the USA with valid W2 work authorization. Must be fully open to relocation to any US state.
